65 youth have registered for the 40th Anniversary Sailing Symposium scheduled at the Pardee Scout Sea Base this Saturday, October 11, 2008.
The San Fernando Valley Yacht Club has secured about 12 sail boats and Skippers along with a committee boat.
However, there are 16 youth on a waiting list pending the availability of additional sail boats & skippers.
We are in need of additional sail boats with qualified skippers to accommodate our waiting list.
Please pass this request on to boaters you know that are willing and able to join members of the San Fernando Valley Yacht Club and the Western Los Angeles County Council at Marina del Rey for the 40th Anniversary Sailing Symposium.
