Neighborhood Councils are elected by the stakeholders in each region to promote participation in government and make government more responsive to local needs. They provide an open forum for public discussion of issues concerning the local area and the larger region and facilitate communication between the City of Los Angeles and community stakeholders.
In recognition of the commitment and tremendous value CERT members contribute to their communities, we will present the first 100 CERT volunteers with a special EP item for your kit.
