The Stoney Point clean-up project will be a go this year! We did not have the opportunity to do a clean-up project last year due to the wildfires and the Metrolink train disaster.
The date for our Scouting participation will be October 24th from 8:00am till noon. There will be a Leave No Trace demonstration put on by REI Sporting Goods, and a raffle of many outdoors-related prizes. BSA Troop 921 will be serving hot dogs and other refreshments after the group photo is taken.
We have had as many as 80 volunteers before. I hope that this year will bring out even more than before!
Scouts can work towards certain merit badges or belt loops!
